Provide legal advice, drafting, negotiating, influencing and support in relation to complex transactional matters, business requests, contracts. To assist with the management and timely delivery of project related activity, as appropriate. To assist with the early identification, management, monitoring and mitigation of Legal risk in accordance with the Group's risk appetites and tolerances.
