I am currently working with a Leading, Modern and Flexible Law Firm who are looking for a Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Cilex to join their growing team in Macclesfield . Conveyancer Primary responsibilities include: Manage your own case load of residential sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold) and all associated procedures To process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work To manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision Required expereince for the Conveyancer: 2 years conveyancing experience You will be an established Fee Earner or Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) Ability to manage a varied caseload of conveyancing matters Excellent client care skills, project management skills, and a dedication to your career Ambitious, driven, and personable!
