You will lead on-site safety activities including inspections, pre-start and planning meetings, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards, particularly around high-risk works. Operating in a highly autonomous, regional role, you will build strong relationships with project teams and stakeholders, promoting a proactive and practical safety culture. The successful candidate will have strong, hands-on Health & Safety experience within the construction industry, ideally from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor background.
