Qualifications : Ideally, a relevant professional qualification in payroll, HR, or finance. Several years of hands-on payroll experience, particularly in multinational or complex environments. Previous involvement in payroll transformation projects or system upgrades. Required Skills : Experience supporting compensation, benefits, or reward activities. Knowledge of payroll projects, system implementations, or process improvement initiatives. Familiarity with additional payroll tools and reporting dashboards.
