Handyperson Mon to Fri 9am to 5.30pm Ealing Broadway W3 38,000 pa Permanent opportunity working at a large multiple block residential development located near Ealing Broadway. This role requires a multi-trade person experienced in a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks for residential properties typically requiring versatility across plumbing, carpentry and minor electrical work. The Handyperson will have primary focus on track and trace of plumbing faults and support both planned and reactive maintenance throughout the development. Plumbing will involve carrying out minor leak repairs, including tightening or replacing valves, traps, seals, or pipe fittings plus carrying out remedial water damage redecoration including patch repairs, minor plastering and restoration, light painting and decorating tasks. Other work will involve conducting routine inspections and repairs such as lighting, doors, fixtures to help maintain the internal and external building fabric. Applicants will have a City & Guilds Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing, Property Maintenance Operations, or Building Services, practical experience in leak detection, general plumbing repairs and residential property maintenance, Health & Safety in Construction Environment Certificate.

Your main duties will include rubbish collection, sweeping car parks and cleaning common parts (vacuuming dusting, polishing, mopping), glass cleaning in the entranceway, washing out the bins, and dealing with the residents and contractors etc. Must have good communication skills, excellent customer service skills, organisation skills.

SIA Security Team Leader 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday Kensington W8 £31k to £32k depending on experience We are now recruiting for an experienced and SIA licenced Security Team Leader to take care of the day-to-day security, fire, health and safety operations at a high-end residential development. The Team Leader will of course need to have a strong proven track record and have held a position managing staff and taking full responsibility for operations and procedures, maintaining standards, through training, planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Security operation and administration. Keeping in view the ever-changing Residents needs multi skill/ multi-tasking is an imperative. This is a permanent position so therefore applicants need only apply if they can settle down and commit long term in the role. The normal working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with the necessity to act as Duty Manager working on the weekend which will be once in every 4 to 5 weeks on a rota with the rest of the staff and have two days off midweek in return. The right candidate will be highly polished with exceptional customer service and communication skills with a strong proven track record of being employed in a high-end establishment. As this is a very hands-on role the Team Leader must also be prepared to help with minor maintenance tasks e.g., fixing door closers or light fittings. Must have SIA Licence, experienced in CCTV system management and operation, strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Fire Safety.
