CNC Turner Mazak Programmer/Setter/Operator Ferndown, Dorset Permanent Precision Engineering Actio Recruitment is proud to be working on behalf of a leading precision engineering company based in Ferndown. We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner with proven experience programming, setting, and operating Mazak machines. The Role: You ll be joining a well-established team producing high-precision components for aerospace, defence, and other demanding sectors. This is a hands-on role requiring full-cycle machining expertise on Mazak Integrex lathes. Key Responsibilities: Programming using Mazatrol controls Setting and operating multi-axis CNC machinery Interpreting complex engineering drawings Ensuring tight tolerances and high-quality finishes Conducting in-process inspection and quality checks About You: Time-served CNC Turner with Integrex experience Confident programming in Mazatrol Strong understanding of precision machining and tooling Able to work independently and as part of a team Quality-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving What s on Offer: Competitive hourly rate (dependent on experience) Day shift position 4 days per week Monday to Thursday For more information on the role / salary / hours etc contact Actio Recruitment or apply here.
