This role is integral to delivering high-quality plated finishes that reflect our commitment to craftsmanship, precision, and innovation within the luxury interiors sector. The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in plating Nickel, Chrome, and Copper, particularly on brass substrates, and will demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Monitor, maintain, and adjust chemical solutions to ensure optimal plating performance. Process components through multi-stage chemical treatments. Conduct detailed quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards. Maintain and troubleshoot plating equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Ensure all work complies with company quality standards and core values. Adhere strictly to environmental, health, and safety regulations. Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce defects. Mandatory Requirements Minimum of 10 years experience in electroplating on metals, including brass.
