Your primary focus will be to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless aftercare experience. A typical day will include: - Taking service warranty bookings and inputting on system - Greet customers, discuss, identify and progress routine service and repair requirements - Promote the sale of service/accessories - To ensure that maximum profit is achieved from all service works in accordance with company policy - Discuss and identify manufacturer's warranty, routine service and repair requirements with customers, obtaining background information to assist the service team in diagnosis-testing-inspecting - Ensure that service, repair jobs are completed satisfactorily and to time specified, making sure all warranty items are available for return to manufacturers - To issue repair orders to the workshop technicians adding any further information that may assist with repair - To ensure that any delay in the completion of work is reported to the customer - To ensure that all materials used and time employed on each vehicle is recorded on job cards and that the mechanical write up is correct for works carried out and signed accordingly - Accept payments for work according to company policy - To accurately cost all invoices for payment - Ensure that all clerical functions within the Reception area are carried out in accordance with company policy - To ensure price lists and charge out rates are kept up to date at all times - To prepare and analyse job cards for work carried out under the terms of warranty - Ensure that all warranty policies and procedures are adhered to The ideal candidate: - Experience in a Service/Sales Advisor role - Have a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service - Knowledge of the Motor industry, parts and service - Excellent communication and organisational skills - Ability to communicate equally with mechanics, customers and senior management - Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc) Hours: 42.00 hrs per week average (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:00 pm. 1 in 3 Saturday's 8am to 1pm) Pay: £30k-£32k pa (Uncapped OTE £85k potential) Job Code: UC6321 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Company events Free parking On-site parking Experience: Sales: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person

Role Overview: As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring luxury vehicles meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. You'll conduct mechanical assessments, diagnose faults, and carry out repairs in line with Manufacturer standards and internal protocols. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive mechanical assessments on a diverse range of vehicles. Identify and report visual defects and abnormal driving behaviours. Perform high-quality repairs to ensure vehicles are retail-ready. Install accessories and components as specified by the sales team. Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used for warranty compliance. Utilise diagnostic tools to accurately diagnose faults and recommend effective repair solutions. Ensure workshop equipment is well-maintained by following maintenance schedules and promptly reporting any issues. Keep the workshop tidy and organised to uphold a safe working environment. Deliver all work to the highest standards to ensure customer satisfaction and minimise return repairs. Requirements: Ideally hold an NVQ Level 3 in motor vehicle repair or NVQ Level 2 qualification. Previous experience in a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic role. Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools and familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and electronic components. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Understanding of Manufacturer Standards related to vehicle servicing and repairs. A full, clean UK driving licence is required.
