This new role will drive our ambitious strategy, building partnerships, securing new funding, and growing our endowment to £100 million to support communities across Bristol, Bath & North East Somerset, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key partners. Secure significant new funds and grow Quartet s endowment. Broker strategic partnerships to support disadvantaged communities. Lead and motivate a team delivering philanthropy, grant-making, research, and pro bono services. Represent Quartet at events and networks to raise our profile. Essential Criteria Proven experience in philanthropy and donor relationship management. Track record of securing major gifts or revenue funding. Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills. Excellent networking and communication abilities. Experience in the charitable sector and managing teams. Salary & Benefits £55,000 £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
