Group Finance Manager Luxury Hospitality Group London (5 days in the Office) Equifind is partnering with a growing luxury hospitality group with a portfolio of premium hotels, restaurants and members' clubs across the UK and Europe. The Role: Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will play a central role in managing the group's financial reporting, controls and performance across multiple properties and entities. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and enjoys partnering closely with operational teams as well as senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Own the monthly management accounts process for the group, consolidating results across multiple hotel, restaurant and club entities Prepare accurate, timely group reporting packs for the Executive team and Board, including variance analysis and commentary Manage the year-end statutory audit process and liaise with external auditors across group entities Oversee cash flow forecasting and working capital management across the group Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, working closely with General Managers and Heads of Department at each property Maintain and strengthen financial controls, policies and procedures across a growing multi-entity structure Support VAT, tax and statutory compliance across UK (and where relevant, international) entities Business partner with operational teams to improve commercial performance, cost control and profitability at site level Support ad hoc projects, including new site openings, systems implementations and process improvement initiatives Mentor and develop junior members of the finance team About You: ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent), with post-qualification experience Prior experience in hospitality, leisure, retail or a multi-site consumer business strongly preferred Strong technical accounting knowledge with experience of month-end close, consolidations and statutory reporting Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with competing priorities A confident communicator, able to build strong relationships with non-finance stakeholders including General Managers and site teams High attention to detail balanced with a commercial, pragmatic mindset A genuine interest in luxury hospitality and delivering excellence If interested please apply asap!

Equifind are representing a SaaS firm based in Windsor, who are looking to hire an Assistant Accountant. The firm boasts a leading position in the technology sector globally. After a run of record-breaking years, the organisation is now looking to grow both by number of employees and AUM in 2026, making it a very exciting time to join the business. The position can start immediately so the right candidate will either be immediately available to start and interview or on a very short notice period. You will be supporting and assisting the team with accounts payable from start to finish through and through. Other accounting tasks will be introduced later on down the line which will allow you to gain more exposure to various roles and further develop your understanding of finance as a whole. The Role: The key responsibilities for the Assistant Accountant for the SaaS firm based in Windsor will be: Monitor and organise the accounts payable inbox. Process invoices received and their entry into the general ledger for processing. Review and code invoices before sending to appropriate team members for approval. Preparing and processing weekly payment runs. Perform supplier reconciliations between supplier statements and the general ledger, including more complex utility reconciliations. Prepare the quarterly purchase ledger report with comments on current status, ready for review/discussion. Liaise with suppliers to maintain relationships and to request refunds, statements and missing invoices. Process reports to review disputed items and follow up and chase authorisers/suppliers to resolve these. Process reports to flag invoices that are still awaiting approval after 3-months and chase authorisers/suppliers to resolve these. Process other ad-hoc reports as required. Prepare quarterly purchase ledger write-off report for CFO to approve. Assist with other ad-hoc accounts analysis and support as required. Application Criteria: Ideally excellent academic background with a degree in a STEM subject. Ideally from a Russell Group/Red Brick University but not mandatory. 0-2 years' experience in an Finance role. Excellent excel and analytical skills. Organised and efficient. Excellent communicator. Team player. Able to work in a fast-paced team environment and can hit the ground running, with a track record of rolling sleeves up to get the work down while looking for improvements longer term.
