You'll work closely with designers, content creators, and senior leadership to shape and deliver campaigns that hit the mark. Role Overview: The CFO will play a crucial role in driving the financial strategy and operational success of the company. This position requires a seasoned finance leader with experience in raising finance and debt, managing regulatory compliance, and overseeing financial governance and controls. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's growth plans. Member of the firms Investment Committee. Lead fundraising efforts, including equity and debt financing, to support business expansion. Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. Awareness of regulatory requirements, particularly with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). Understanding of FCA and SRA regulatory requirements and compliance obligations. Strong knowledge of financial governance, audit processes, and risk management. Experience scaling financial operations internationally, including managing cross-border regulatory considerations. Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
