This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Air Tightness professional looking to progress into a leadership role while maintaining a hands-on technical involvement. The Role As Test Engineers Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing engineer performance, workload management, technical development and operational excellence. Approximately 60% of your time will be spent carrying out testing activities, with the remainder focused on team leadership and quality management.
