Position Purpose: The Inside Auto Sales Executive, a member of Shred-its sales team, is responsible for the direct sales of Shred-it's regular services to potential and existing customers within an assigned territory. The Inside Auto Sales Executive is responsible for all aspects of sales, pipeline building, qualifying target opportunities, managing the sales cycle, closing orders and following through to revenue. The Inside Auto Sales Executive maintains Shred-its policies, standards, and practices both within and outside their assigned territory and ensures adherence to Shred-it's Vision, Mission and Values. Key Job Activities: To conduct a high volume of sales calls (outbound and inbound) on behalf of the business daily, soliciting the services for one off & regular contracted services, in line with targeting metrics. Manage a pipeline of prospective automatic customers & new lead referrals through efficient task management. Maintain an up to the minute, accurate record of personal activity & future pipeline of task and prospects, through utilization of the CRM system (Salesforce). Achieve or exceed all activity & productivity targets as prescribed. Negotiate the sale of business services as required to target following designated sales processes & operating in line with company terms & policies. Review set goals with the Inside Sales Executive Team Leader to ensure targets are achieved on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Remain educated with up to date market conditions (clients, competitors, business trends, new business developments, service rates and practices) to optimize the standing & positioning of Shred-it in the marketplace. Provide insight to sales leadership team based on feedback from prospective clients to ensure Shred-it can maintain position within the marketplace. Promote a positive and professional sales attitude inside and outside of the office and ensure that Shred-its high standards for customer service, security and environmental consciousness are maintained. Be the Subject Matter Expert on the sale of a full range of Shred-it services on offer. Experience (EMEAA): Required Education: High School or equivalent. Preferred Education: Associate's or equivalent. University/college education or similar relevant sales experience preferred. Required Years of Experience: 0 - 1 year. Preferred Experience: Basic knowledge. Strong computer literacy, including but not limited to Microsoft Office suite. Proficient in the use & understanding of CRM systems, Salesforce, preferred Excellent time management, self-discipline & organizational skills. Energetic, highly motivated & results oriented with a constant positive attitude - motivated by success. A strong negotiator with exceptional listening skill, with the ability to understand, interpret and match the circumstances to a desirable outcome suitable to all parties. Experience of operating within a competitive, high pressure environment, preferably as part of a target driven team. Ability to be able to operate under pressure in a high volume, competitive telesales environment, both individually and as part of a team.
