Plant Production Manager (Weekend shifts) - London - 68,000 + Car Allow. + Bonus + Excellent Benefits - Permanent We are recruiting for an experienced Plant Production Manager to lead our client's manufacturing operation within a complex, fast-paced production environment on a weekend shift rotation. This appointment comes with full responsibility for shift performance, operational standards, team management, and production delivery across a rotating shift pattern. As the senior Production lead on shift, you will play a critical role in driving safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement while building a strong, accountable, and high-performing team culture. This position is heavily focused on people leadership and operational management, requiring a strong background in employee relations, team development, Health & Safety, and Lean Manufacturing principles. Shift Pattern - Rotating 4-day shift pattern (weekends, 37.5 hours per week), covering both day and night shifts. Why Apply? This role offers the chance to play a key part in driving commercial performance through asset trading, leasing, and solution-based projects within a global environment. The Role You will be responsible for identifying and delivering new revenue opportunities through effective management of aviation assets, working closely with internal teams and external partners across the industry.
