Plant Production Manager (Weekend shifts) - London - 68,000 + Car Allow. + Bonus + Excellent Benefits - Permanent We are recruiting for an experienced Plant Production Manager to lead our client's manufacturing operation within a complex, fast-paced production environment on a weekend shift rotation. This appointment comes with full responsibility for shift performance, operational standards, team management, and production delivery across a rotating shift pattern. As the senior Production lead on shift, you will play a critical role in driving safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement while building a strong, accountable, and high-performing team culture. This position is heavily focused on people leadership and operational management, requiring a strong background in employee relations, team development, Health & Safety, and Lean Manufacturing principles. Shift Pattern - Rotating 4-day shift pattern (weekends, 37.5 hours per week), covering both day and night shifts. Why Apply?
