As an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant , you will lead meaningful payroll transformations for complex organisations while enjoying the autonomy of home-based working and the backing of a highly respected HR and payroll consulting environment. As a SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant, your expertise is trusted, and your voice carries weight. You will lead workstreams, influence delivery decisions, and work closely with senior client stakeholders who value clarity, structure, and outcomes. This is a role designed for consultants who enjoy shaping solutions rather than simply configuring them. As a SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant , you will benefit from exposure to full lifecycle implementations, from design through go-live and post go-live support. You will run workshops, guide clients through complex payroll processes, and mentor team members, all while continuing to deepen your own technical and functional capability across SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll. You will have completed multiple full lifecycle SuccessFactors projects and be confident managing teams, running client workshops, and translating business requirements into robust payroll solutions. Your experience will include Certification in SAP Payroll or Employee Central Payroll, or a commitment to complete certification Deep understanding of payroll processes and configuration End-to-end project lifecycle delivery, including data migration Strong knowledge of how SuccessFactors modules integrate and interact Clear, confident communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders A consulting mindset with strong organisation, time management, and problem-solving skills There are two roles available, both home-based, and both offering involvement in active projects and post-go-live support. S/4 Data Expert Procurement and Materials Management (P&MM) Luton / Hybrid / 6 months outside IR35 / £650 per day The S/4 Data Expert is responsible for supporting on the definition of business data requirements within the S/4 HANA design process, along with defining and documenting the S/4 Enterprise Data Standards and ensuring that existing ECC data is fit for purpose at the point of migration to S/4 HANA for a defined group of data objects / processes. The role is aligned to P&MM and is responsible for proactively engaging with the wider business (including data offices and governance forums) and other relevant partners to ensure that the S/4 data design meets business requirements, aligns to SAP standard where possible and that S/4 data can be used with confidence achieving a Quality Core. Essentials Significant experience and domain expertise in P&MM. Proven knowledge of how business data requirements support process execution and analytics, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to business users. Experience on change management journey from current to future state data design including completion of deployment user education, change impact assessments and outline of critical use case examples. Demonstrable experience of designing and implementing Data Standards (MDM and definitions) for a global enterprise with significant geographical and functional footprint. SAP solid understanding across transactions and reporting in an SAP environment, including an understanding of how data integrates within an SAP architecture.
