We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead all engineering and compliance activities on a single, high profile static commercial site in the City of London. The role is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of hard services, providing technical leadership to the on site engineering team, and acting as the key point of contact for all technical matters. Key Responsibilities Provide on site technical leadership across electrical and mechanical services. Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Act as the site lead for HV/LV operations, ensuring works are carried out in line with company procedures and legislation. Support and manage Authorised Persons and engineering staff on site. Maintain and update Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and RAMS. Provide technical support to the site management team and client as required. Monitor asset performance, compliance records, and risk management activities. Investigate incidents and contribute to Root Cause Analysis where required. Ensure training, competency, and permit standards are maintained on site. Promote a strong safety culture and consistent ways of working. Reporting Line Reports to the Technical Director / Engineering Lead. Works closely with the Site Manager and client stakeholders. Required Experience & Skills Strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering within commercial buildings. Previous experience in a Technical Manager, Engineering Manager, or Senior Authorised Person role. Working knowledge of HV/LV systems and compliance requirements. Sound understanding of statutory compliance, H&S legislation, and risk management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead, support, and develop on site engineering teams. HV or LV Authorised Person status. Experience working on high end corporate or critical environments in the City of London. Facilities Management or hard services background. Personal Attributes Calm, professional, and confident decision maker. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Proactive and solution focused. Able to operate effectively in a client facing environment.

Job Title Service Desk Coordinator Reports To Team Leader Job Purpose The Service Desk Coordinator provides administrative support across maintenance contracts, ensuring planned and reactive works are managed efficiently. The role supports engineers, subcontractors, customers and operational teams to ensure service delivery, compliance and accurate invoicing. Key Responsibilities Manage jobs through the CAFM system. Schedule and coordinate reactive and planned maintenance works. Liaise with engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to arrange attendance. Raise purchase orders and process related documentation. Communicate with customers regarding job updates and site access requirements. Ensure all job records, reports and certificates are uploaded and maintained. Prepare completed works for invoicing. Update customer portals and internal systems with relevant information. Monitor progress of maintenance activities and follow up outstanding actions. Support the Service Desk and Administration teams during periods of absence or high workload. Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email. Assist with timesheets, invoicing, supplier queries and operational reporting. Skills & Experience Previous experience in a Service Desk, Helpdesk, Administration or Coordination role. Strong organisational and communication skills. Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Experience using CAFM systems is desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word. Experience within Facilities Management, Engineering Services or Maintenance environments would be advantageous.
