We are on the lookout for a seasoned Team Leader with hands-on experience in a Warehouse or Manufacturing environment to join an Industry leading Railway Manufacturing company. The Opportunity Running a Movements Team for a Massive Railway organisation where Full training will be provided to help you master the safe operation of heavy machinery and to ensure the safe movements of various railway components and heavy good deliveries. You ll be based at our purpose-built manufacturing facility in Newport which is Renowned for been Modern, Clean and Offers Free Parking and Canteen facilities on site. Hours This role is predominantly Monday to Friday but will include Shifts, Nights and Weekend work to meet Production Schedules. Uplifted rates paid for Shifts ,Nights and Weekend work. Shifts: 6am-2pm /2pm 10 pm Monday to Friday Nights :10pm - 6:00am The Candidate This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is dependable, confident operating machinery to move large scale items, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Reliability is key we re looking for someone who will consistently deliver high standards and support day-to-day movements operations with care and attention. Essential Skills & Experience: Team Leading Experience in a Warehouse or Manufacturing Environment. Valid and up-to-date movement licences for ONE of the following: Crane licence, Traverser or Forklift. A reliable and punctual individual with a strong work ethic. Confident using warehouse systems, including handheld PDA devices. Able to work independently and manage time effectively. A positive attitude, with good attention to detail and strong teamwork skills Flexible to work on a rotating shift pattern. Other information: A pre-employment Drugs & Alcohol test and medical must be passed prior to start. Electronic Technician Burton-on-Trent £20-£30 per hour 5 days per week 3 months (opportunity for extension) Ford & Stanley Interim have partnered with a global leader in rail technology. Together we are seeking a skilled electronic technician in Barton-under-Needwood on a Full-time basis to test and repair printed circuit boards as part of a large rolling stock refurbishment project. Key Responsibilities: Analyse and diagnose faults in printed circuit boards (PCBs) Perform precision testing to identify defective components or circuitry. Repair and replace damaged or faulty components to restore full board functionality. Rebuild and reassemble PCBs to a high standard, ensuring long-term reliability. Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, repairs and test results. Ideal Candidate Will Have: IPC trained or certification (preferred but not essential) Proven experience in testing, repairing and rebuilding PCB circuit boards. Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills using test equipment. An understanding of electronic components and circuit schematics. High attention to detail.
