Senior Quantity Surveyor We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor based in Bristol. The business has been growing its presence in the region for the last 5 years and it has become the busiest region in the business. They undertake projects across a range of sectors including commercial, education, housing and leisure valuing up to 25mil which are administered predominately via JCT forms of contract. About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor: As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be working alongside an established commercial team and will play a vital role in the commercial success of the project, managing several complex packages from procurement to final account. You will be responsible for supporting more junior members of the commercial team. Key Responsibilities as Senior Quantity Surveyor: Be involved in the 2nd stage tender process Manage packages from the earliest procurement stage and manage through to final account Mentor and support junior members of commercial staff Conduct monthly CVRs Requirements for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role: Have achieved a HNC / Construction related degree (ie.
