About the Role Key Responsibilities Query Management: Handle a high volume of inbound accounts payable queries from global travel counsellors, travel suppliers, and internal stakeholders, and resolve issues related to invoices, payments, credit notes, and reconciliations in a timely and professional manner. Inbox & Ticket Triage (Freshdesk): Monitor and triage multiple Freshdesk inboxes and ticket queues used for accounts payable support - categorise, prioritise, and assign tickets according to urgency, complexity, and SLA targets. Accounts Payable Operations Support: Assist in processing urgent payments, ensuring time-sensitive supplier settlements are prioritised and accurately executed, support weekly payment cycles, ensuring timely settlement with key travel suppliers, and review, verify and update supplier bank details. Main Responsibilities This varied Ticketing Executive role involves the following day-to-day responsibilities: Serve as a brand ambassador and primary point of contact for in-house and system-related queries, expert advice on airlines, routes, fare types, and fare rules, and support in securing complex and new scheduled flight bookings to new and existing Travel Counsellors. Actively contribute to team discussions focused on process enhancements and operational improvements and guide Travel Counsellors in adopting innovative tools and workflows to enhance efficiency. Manage and make intricate reservations, building and issuing tickets for all fare types, including group bookings, ensuring the accurate and efficient issuance of published and consolidated tickets. Navigate minimum ground arrangements and ticket deadlines for negotiated ITX fares. Provide assistance with Galileo entries and technical support to GDS users. Handle PNR-related tasks, such as name corrections, seating arrangements, APIS updates, and managing ticket time limits in line with any airline remarks. Advise on airline schedule changes, manage cancellations and divide passengers, propose suitable alternatives, reissue tickets, and recalculate and amend voluntary changes in accordance with fare rules, utilising tools like Rapid Reprice (automated exchange). Calculate and process refunds via GDS and BSP Link while maintaining high accuracy standards. Investigate and dispute Airline Debit Memos (ADMs) promptly and professionally by understanding airline policies. Ensure thorough and accurate file updates.
