Maintain exemplary cleanliness in the workshop and factory areas. Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Works Engineer with local project work, ensuring high-quality equipment and workmanship. Propose enhancements and modifications to the plant, and discuss these suggestions with the maintenance team for evaluation. Offer proactive Electrical support during scheduled shutdowns and weekly maintenance intervals. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Possesse a solid secondary education Time served or suitably recognised qualification in production or electrical engineering (e.g HNC, EAL Level 3 NVQ in Electrical or electronic engineering Demonstratable practical experience in both reactive and preventative electrical maintenance Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and experience in relevant software (e.g design and calculation software) Understanding of basic programming to allow fault PLC finding
