Minimum of 5 years' experience in pharmacy leadership or management. A patient-focused mindset with clinical and business acumen. Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification preferred - but support available for the right candidate. Role Responsibilities for a Superintendent Pharmacist Full legal and professional responsibility for the pharmacy's operation in line with GPhC standards, NHS regulations, and all relevant legislation. Manage day-to-day operations, including prescription services, controlled drugs, SOPs, stock control, and supplier coordination. Introduce private services such as vaccinations and clinical services.
