5 Days Onsite London. We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python and React.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building microservices, REST APIs, cloud-native applications, and modern frontend solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and React. Build scalable RESTful APIs and backend services. Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js. Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, and QA teams. Optimize application performance, security, and scalability. Participate in code reviews and ensure best coding practices. Work within Agile/Scrum development environments. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Required Skills Backend Strong experience with Python Experience with FastAPI , Flask , or Django REST API and Microservices development Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) SQL and database design Frontend Strong knowledge of React.js JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript HTML5, CSS3 Redux, React Hooks Responsive UI development Databases PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server MongoDB (preferred) Cloud & DevOps AWS, Azure, or GCP Docker and Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines Git/GitHub/GitLab Good to Have Financial Services or Banking domain experience Experience with event-driven architectures Kafka or RabbitMQ Terraform or Infrastructure as Code Unit testing frameworks (PyTest, Jest) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of software development experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Candidate Profile Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience working in enterprise-scale environments. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
