Identify where European requirements differ from global assumptions, particularly in areas such as data sovereignty, privacy, energy efficiency, cloud deployment models, enterprise adoption, AI governance, and public-sector requirements. Develop narratives for cloud providers, telcos, enterprises, sovereign cloud providers, public-sector customers, ISVs, and system integrators. Capture competitive objections, software gaps, developer needs, and adoption barriers from European engagements. 2. Go-to-Market Enablement Develop strategies for integrating Qualcomm AI accelerators and other Qualcomm assets, into Data Centers with established single or multi-vendor software stacks. Develop value propositions, positioning, competitive comparisons, customer-facing narratives, technical explainers, launch materials, sales enablement content, and ecosystem messaging. Equip European go-to-market teams with clear messaging on Qualcomm's Cloud and Data Center AI software capabilities. Work with regional marketing and communications teams to support events, customer workshops, partner briefings, and thought-leadership activities.
