We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Sales Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Hainault . The ideal candidate should be target driven and looking to work within a team. You will need to be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and have a winning mindset . Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Salary and benefits package for the role of Trainee Sales Negotiator: Basic £23,500 Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm, every Saturday 8.30am - 6pm (with a day back in lieu) 5 day working week £50 per completed mortgage application Every other month competitions Responsibilities for the role of Trainee Sales Negotiator: Registering and qualifying potential buyers Generating viewings Canvassing to bring on new properties Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers Preparing sales brochures Developing relationships Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis Booking appointments Always delivering exceptional customer service Key Skills for the role of Trainee Sales Negotiator: Previous property experience not essential High level of customer service skills ideally with sales The desire to work well in a team Sales and target driven Ambitious, enthusiastic and motivated with a winning mindset Confident telephone manner Well presented Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car Additional Company Information: Our client is an Estate Agency, who have nearly 30 years of experience has been founded with a clear vision and drive to change the face of estate agency for the better, with a dedicated team of experienced professionals.
