Working within our interdisciplinary Infrastructure & Environment group, you'll collaborate with engineers, transport experts, and environmental scientists on projects ranging from urban regeneration and garden communities to major infrastructure and international masterplans. Key Responsibilities: Lead ecological inputs across the project lifecycle - from surveys to mitigation strategies and monitoring. Mentor junior ecologists and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture. Engage with clients and contribute to tenders, proposals, and strategic advice aligned with our Net Positive Places approach. Promote biodiversity net gain, habitat creation, and nature-based solutions in every project. What We Offer: 25 days annual leave plus public holidays, increasing with service up to 28 days.
