The Desktop Investigator role plays a vital part in the investigation and validation of claims. By engaging with customers, witnesses and other parties, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and questioning abilities to be able to make decisions in respect of indemnity and liability as well as identifying potential fraud.
