We are currently seeking to recruit a Catering Supervisor to join an Academy based in Highgate, Birmingham on a permanent basis term time only. This is a key role within their operation, and they are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and passionate about delivering excellent catering services. The ideal candidate will possess: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proven experience in leading a team, ideally within a catering or hospitality environment. Capability and confidence to cater for large numbers, typically 500+ individuals, ensuring high standards of service and food quality. What We re Looking For: Experienced Cook : Proven experience in cooking, ideally in a school or similar environment. Passionate Foodie : A love for preparing healthy and delicious meals. Safety Conscious : Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards. Organised & Efficient : Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Team-Oriented : Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
