Female Support Workers Needed Location: Egremont, Cumbria Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? Join our team as a Support Worker and help individuals with learning difficulties and complex needs live fulfilling, independent lives. What You'll Do: Support with personal care, cooking, and household tasks Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support Help people build independence, friendships, and new skills Join in with activities, hobbies, and community events, supporting individuals with complex needs Shift Times: Day Shift: 08:00 - 23:00 with overnight paid sleep-in from 23:00 - 07:00 , followed by 07:00 - 08:00 handover.
