Find out more about life at Alter Domus at JOB DESCRIPTION As a Senior Office Coordinator, you will report directly to the Head of Property Management and be the first point of contact for our clients and employees ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth and professional front desk operation. Greet office visitors and callers, making them feel welcome and comfortable, answering any questions, and transferring callers to appropriate lines. Overseeing meeting room schedules and coordinating meetings for the office, ensuring the meeting rooms are always booked, prepared, and cleaned. Ensure seamless operation of meeting room technology by assisting visitors and employees with setup and troubleshooting of IT-related equipment. Sort and distribute mail and manage inbound and outbound packages and mail. Manage visitor logs, access cards and maintain security protocol. Provide additional support as needed, adapting to evolving priorities and challenges, and demonstrating flexibility in managing various tasks. Work with Leadership Team in our London Office to ensure clients feel welcome when visiting our office (meeting room bookings, taxi reservations etc ). Actively contribute to the planning, coordination and successful execution of company client events. Provide seamless continuity of office operations by acting as a backup for the Office Manager when required. PROFILE Successful candidates must have a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role and must possess exceptional customer service skills with a passion for providing exceptional service. The role requires an advanced proficiency in Office Software (Excel, PPT, Word) and time management skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. The selected candidate must be able to work independently under pressure and maintain discretion and professionalism to be able to excel as a Senior Coordinator in AlterDomus. Alter Domus is currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Data and Analytics team. JOB DESCRIPTION: Lead key new SAAS solution build for the alternatives market. Manage product activities including business plan development, go-to-market, build estimation and execution, sales enablement, client management, and internal reporting. Initiate market-facing design sprints resulting in clear build priorities, clickable prototype, technical architecture, and MVP business case. Directly manage business analysts and product owners focused on data and analytics products. Align team activities, strategies, responsibilities, and objectives with the firm's strategic direction. Develop a deep understanding of customers (internal and external) and the alternatives industry to translate the market needs, trends, and solutions into prioritized roadmaps. Support sales efforts for late-stage large client opportunities. Work with product marketing to generate product trainings, client trainings, and other relevant materials. Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships across divisions, regional teams, and stakeholders. Create a framework and enable regular reporting, metrics, and success criteria for products and the product team. Manage the team using agile product management principles, ensuring shared understanding of strategic goals and roadmap priorities. YOUR PROFILE: Deep experience in financial services, with a preference for experience in and/or exposure to the alternatives market. Strong experience in agile product management, large-scale client implementations, consulting, and/or product delivery. Collaborative and team-oriented leader. Goal-oriented and client-focused, with the ability to clearly define and articulate internal objectives and define key success criteria. Experience interfacing with customers (internal and external) to solicit feedback and understand their needs. Detail-oriented and quality-focused, while also able to understand and incorporate the firm and group's strategy. Comfortable resolving complex challenges. Capable of managing competing priorities effectively and working across multiple teams and internal groups. Communicate clearly and succinctly across departments and to senior management on status, trade-offs, and key recommendations. Proven stakeholder management skills and experience working with large financial services institutions. Consistently deliver on commitments, taking ownership and overcoming obstacles. Able to understand technical concepts, big data concepts, and product operations. Experience initiating complex product builds from scratch and/or major migrations.
