Keeping a detailed log of the violations and debriefing incidents that occur during your shift. Providing a high level of all round customer service, giving the public useful information and advice. Demonstrating excellent customer care skills, speaking to people in a friendly but effective way. A full UK manual license or CBT licence is desirable. Full training will be provided for the right candidate along with excellent career progression.
