BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer - Bedfordshire / Hertfordshire, London & Surrounding areas I'm supporting a BMS business who have a wealth of experience & capabilities within the BMS industry. They specialise in the delivery of Tridium BMS projects and service delivery. They require a BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer for their South of England operation and are keen to speak to candidates who are proficient in a mixture of duties including small-medium sized Tridium BMS projects, PPM & reactive works. As well as Tridium products, my client also has Trend sites so having a skill set with this product would be desirable but not essential (IQ vision, IQ4 for example). The BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer can expect to cover up to around 1 and a half hours each way some days and the majority of work would be in the Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & London areas. My client seeks a BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer who is comfortable working independently, has a skill set with Tridium (N4), is capable or interested in running their own small - medium sized BMS projects, a good track record of keeping clients happy & finding solutions, abilities to survey & quote new work, BMS software & graphics modifications, BMS commissioning & finally being fluid with BMS service visits & fault finding. The BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer will be paid between 45,000 - 52,500 per annum plus package which is inclusive of pension & car options or allowance & more. Mobile BMS Engineer - London & M25 areas My BMS Client is keen on adding to their experienced, friendly and inclusive BMS service dept, they have a healthy portfolio of clients in the London & M25 areas and are keen to speak with BMS Engineers who are capable of completing BMS services, breakdowns, upgrades & small installations within commercial premises. The BMS Engineer will be working in various environments including office builds, schools, universities, hotels & more. The BMS Engineer must have a skill set with either Trend or Tridium products. BMS Engineer - London & M25 areas The BMS Engineer will be working for a BMS Specialist who have a wealth of experience and know how within the BMS industry. My client is keen to speak with BMS Engineer's with solid experiences around BMS service & small work commissioning. The BMS Engineer will be working on a mobile basis, my client typically has customers based in Central London and also in and around the M25 area. I'm working closely with a small-medium sized BEMS specialist who're enhancing their BMS service & small works offering to an existing customer, they require a BMS Engineer to join the BMS service & small works division to assist with supporting a large service contract in Kent.
