What you'll be doing: Responsibility for the definition, design and communication of digital experience/front end solutions for our strategic customer platform Evaluating solution options, integration patterns and recommending the right one for a given situation ensuring compliance with company standards Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through the solution design Working within an agile program and teams, adhering to Scrum or Kanban principles Contributing to the architecture runway and target architecture Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the team and across the IT department, proactively assessing emerging technology / solutions for our business Working with security and data protection officers so that solution is secure by design and compliant What you'll bring: Proven experience working as a Solution Architect, or senior engineer with a desire, aptitude and ability to move into Solution Architecture Experience in digital channels and frontend technologies including React/React Native, .Net and Azure Strong knowledge of API architectural design standards including RESTful APIs and Open API Experience with Azure based Enterprise Identity Management solutions, AuthN and AuthZ, for a modern digital ecosystem (SPA Web Applications, mobile apps, SaaS third parties) Good influencing and negotiation skills, managing effective stakeholder relationships Experience integrating digital solutions with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Ability to translate business strategy into technical solutions and business requirements into technical design Working knowledge of mobile ecosystems (Android and Apple), and integrations with Enterprise applications and services, including third party integrations with mobile applications Understanding of current and emerging technologies and their potential to deliver business benefits As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
