We are seeking to appoint a Science Technician to provide a high standard of support to our Science department and students. The role of a Science Technician at The Kingsley School is vital for the successful and efficient delivery of the Science curriculum throughout the school. We are looking to appoint a positive, reliable, and knowledgeable individual who can support the staff and students in the department with their experimental work, whilst being a strong team player within a successful academic department. The successful candidate will be friendly, positive, articulate, and well-organised, capable of working to deadlines and multi-tasking effectively. They will need an excellent awareness of the health and safety regulations and implications of the work of a busy Science department. The position is part-time working from 8am to 12.30pm Monday to Friday. It is a term-time only role plus INSET days. The actual salary is £10,909 per annum (the full-time equivalent is £22,500 perannum).
