This is a key operational role responsible for ensuring all learning products, ranging from online courses to in-person workshops and certification schemes-are delivered to a consistently high standard. Working closely with internal teams and external instructors, the successful candidate will take full ownership of delivery planning, coordination, and quality assurance.
