About the role Coordinate effective planning, delivery, and measurement of all educational activity and content across the Travel Retail region and retailers. Supporting the Education and Sales functions. Event Management Lead the planning and delivery of all classroom trainings, including Field Training Managers "train the trainer" sessions, any regional conferences, and any education meetings. For both own staff and non owned staff retailers. Event planning to include venue hire, all catering, product and hygiene requirements, travel and accommodation, gifting, and content coordination. Support the Head of Education in the planning and execution of all artistry & L&D certification courses. The successful candidate will combine artistry with strong product knowledge to help customers look and feel their best. This role is 32 hours per week on a fixed-term contract.
