This site currently trades approximately £50,000 weekly, with a 40% wet and 60% dry split. Projected to generate £2 million annually, it's a flagship in the North West and across the Company. There is growth potential through excellent hospitality and maximizing low sales periods, including evenings and midweek activities. We seek a strong, guest-focused operator; previous management of a similar-sized site is essential. Knowledge of the area is advantageous but not required.
