Gotpeople are working with a Waste & Recycling Operator and are looking for Waste & Recycling operatives to work in the Hemel Hempstead area. The role is due to commence from March and if you wish to be considered please send in your cv now! Requirements of the Refuse/Recycling Operatives: Follow all training and health and safety protocol whilst working on the round. Collect bins and recycling, safely load vehicle and replace bins throughout the round. Be physically fit and active as the role requires heavy lifting, manual handling and long periods of walking and standing. Have good communication skills, good teamwork skills,reliable and hard-working. Must be able to commit to regular early morning shifts. Happy to work outside in all weathers as the role will be on the road, accompanying vehicles.
