About the Role We're looking for a Commercial Manager to work across our Pet, Life and Health Protection Insurance channels, during a 12-month parental cover. This is a high-impact partnerships' role at the heart of our Insurance Partnerships team; one of the most strategic and externally facing functions within the Group.You'll be the driving force behind our insurer relationships, commercial negotiations, and pivotal initiatives. What You'll Be Doing Lead Strategic Partnerships: Own relationships with our key insurance partners, driving commercial growth and strategic alignment. Support Channel Strategy: Support and implement the long-term vision for Protection Insurance, balancing innovation with day-to-day performance. Drive Commercial Negotiations: Secure better rates and outcomes through high-value negotiations and contract management. Optimise Performance: Analyse trading performance, competitor positioning, and customer journey conversions to improve results. Deliver Growth Campaigns: Identify and lead initiatives that fuel channel and category growth. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, Finance, and Compliance to align strategies and enhance customer experience. Market Insight & Innovation: Use data and market analysis to anticipate trends and uncover new opportunities. About You Outstanding relationship builder and communicator. Proven experience in account management, partnerships management, or commercial roles, with experience across digital channels. A high level of analytical ability, able to translate data into actionable insight to generate growth and new opportunities. Able to work autonomously, setting your own agenda and priorities on a day-to-day basis. To be a self-starter and able to manage multiple competing priorities to tight deadlines.
