We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Planning Officer to join Enfield Council's CIL and S106 Team within Strategic Planning, Policy, Projects and Design. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in delivering infrastructure across the borough, with a strong focus on the effective management and monitoring of Section 106 obligations. You will oversee complex S106 agreements once signed, ensuring financial and non financial obligations are triggered, tracked, and delivered. You will take ownership of preparing Energetik for market, positioning it as a credible, investable infrastructure asset, and lead the business through a major commercial transaction.
