Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day performance of website, app and community platforms Deliver improvements based on data, insights and user feedback Maintain a clear digital roadmap aligned with organisational goals Work closely with UX, content and development teams to ensure consistency Monitor key metrics such as engagement, conversion and retention Support initiatives to grow and strengthen the member community Collaborate with Marketing, Membership, Learning and Technology teams Encourage a culture of testing, learning and continuous improvement The Company The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) is a global membership organisation with over 70,000 members worldwide.
