Role Overview As International Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Cogent s international customers, promoting the full remit of Cogent products and services. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute international sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and partners. Promote the full range of Cogent products and services, tailoring solutions to meet customer needs. Main Purpose of Role The Reproductive Data Specialist (RDS) will play a key administrative and analytical role within the Reproductive Services team. Reporting to the Reproductive Services Manager, the RDS will be responsible for coordinating technician rotas and analysing reproductive performance data from customer farms. This role is essential in supporting service delivery, improving herd fertility outcomes, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities Create and manage rotas for AI Technicians, ensuring efficient coverage and service delivery. Analyse reproductive data from customer farms, including heat detection trends, conception rates, and fertility performance. Support the Reproductive Services Manager with administrative tasks and reporting. Prepare fertility review reports and assist in interpreting data for internal and external stakeholders. Liaise with field teams to ensure accurate data collection and timely reporting. Maintain and update internal databases and herd management systems. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the reproductive services function.Essential Skills and Attributes. Person Specification Strong analytical skills with experience working with agricultural or biological data. Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
