Job Purpose: Direct, administer, and coordinate the internal operational activities of the technical services organization in accordance with policies, goals, and company's objectives. key Accountabilities: Develop the internal operations strategy aligned with strategy of the company to ensure vertical and horizontal integration with other interfacing initiatives and projects. Budgets and Plans Direct internal operations to achieve budgeted results and other financial criteria, and to preserve the capital funds invested in the organization. Develop and maintain annually and quarterly plans of the internal operations within the organization. Participate in the development and preparation of long-term plans and budgets based upon broad organization goals and objectives. Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures Direct the development and implementation of procedures and controls, to promote communication and adequate information flow Maintenance Plans and Programmes Oversee the formulation of plans and programmes for maintenance activities based on requirements and ensure details of various commissioned systems and facilities are included in the plan. Reliability Programmes and Performance Assist customers in the development maintenance programmes to ensure meeting different production needs. Health, Safety and Environment Ensure compliance to all relevant safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the company to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products or service and a responsible environmental attitude Requirements and Skills: Bachelor's degree in engineering in any related fields A minimum of (14) years of work experience and (7) of which in a relevant MRO functions Master degree in business administration or professional certification is preferred. Manage procurement of materials, parts, and services, and ensure their timely delivery. Key Accountabilities: Develop the internal supply chain strategy aligned with the company's overall strategy to ensure vertical and horizontal integration with other initiatives and projects. Leadership: Manage the effective achievement of internal supply chain objectives by setting individual goals, recruiting qualified staff, managing performance, and motivating staff. Budgets and Plans: Direct internal operations to meet budgeted results and financial criteria; develop and maintain annual and quarterly operational plans; participate in long-term planning and budgeting. Policies, Systems, Processes, and Procedures: Develop and implement procedures and controls to promote effective communication and information flow; establish operating policies aligned with company objectives. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of adequate spares and materials requested by maintenance, engineering, and planning to ensure smooth operations. Purchasing Processes & Services: Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely and efficient completion, compliance with company policies, and strategic sourcing decisions based on quality, delivery, vendor performance, and cost. Standards & Regulations: Ensure all activities comply with local and international laws and regulations governing business operations. Requirements and Skills: Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related fields. Minimum of 14 years of work experience, with at least 7 years in relevant MRO functions. Master's degree in Business Administration or professional certification preferred. Skills in management of financial resources, personnel, negotiation, and persuasion.
