Strong experience designing complex B2B data models, account hierarchies and commercial processes within Salesforce. Good understanding of enterprise integrations, security, permissions and operational reporting, including integrations with ERP, finance, billing and other downstream platforms via technologies such as MuleSoft, Informatica or equivalent middleware. Experience across multiple Salesforce products such as Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data 360 or Slack. Practical experience with Agentforce, agentic AI, Claude or other enterprise grade LLM platforms is highly desirable, along with an understanding of AI governance, permissions, grounding and human oversight.
