Due to rapid growth we are seeking a Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager to ensure departments are operating effectively and able to produce the high quality service our customers expect. The selected candidate will be able to improve businesses processes, oversee external audits and accreditations, and assist in building the management systems. We are currently at stage 2 for our ISO Quality 9001 certification and have confirmed ISO 14001 for early 2022. Working with these accreditations previously is desireable. The selected candiate will be working with several departments so good communication, organisation and planning skills are advantagous. Our civil construction department is growing rapidly aquiring larger and more complex projects which requires quality implementation and structure so previous civil projects experience will be a plus. *The Job* Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager - based currently in Oldham but Kilkern will be operating from the new premises based in Trafford from March 2022.
