Administration Assistant/Receptionist - Weekends £10.00 per hour plus company benefits Weekend working - 9am-5pm Parkfield Grange is a stunning brand new residential and dementia care home situated in Stourbridge. We are looking for a Weekend Administration Assistant/Receptionist to be the first point of contact at the home. This role requires someone who has a range of skills with good IT experience and attention to detail. In addition to reception duties you will provide additional administration support to the Home Administrator - predominantly HR related administration duties. Main Responsibilities: Welcome and greet visitors to the home in a professional and courteous way, ensuring the visitors booking in system and the person's identity is checked with relevant documents Answer the telephone and respond to enquiries at reception, redirecting calls to relevant staff and recording messages accordingly In addition to reception duties provide additional administration support to the home administrator, predominantly HR related administration duties Assist with recruitment tasks, sifting CVs, chasing references and verifying ID documents Organise internal meetings and ensure that any requirements have actioned Coordinate the staff meal process as applicable to the individual home Respond to any emergency situations as requested by the home Maintain the general tidiness of the reception area, liaising with the housekeeping team to ensure standards are maintained. We are looking to recruit an additional Administration Assistant who will be working alongside our current Administration team. In addition to covering some reception duties as required, you will provide a range of administrative duties supporting the Administrator within their role. This will include registering PCR/LFT tests for all visits, booking in visitors to the home and assisting with general admin/recruitment paperwork and processes. You will be required to have comprehensive computer/IT skills in this role. We are offering 30-35 hours to be worked throughout the week.
