You will be emptying wheelie bins to a planned trade waste round in both commercial and domestic properties in and around the Cardiff area whilst adhering to Road Transport legislation and fulfilling the Company's obligations. Tasks and duties will include: carrying out routine vehicle checks making sure that the load is correctly placed and is secure emptying wheelie bins driving HGV refuse vehicle (RCV) maintaining a log book with details of trips, including rest breaks To successfully secure this opportunity, you must: have at least one year HGV Class 2 experience hold a valid CPC and Category C licence be reliable, punctual and self-motivated have a great attitude and strong work ethic be capable and confident in your ability. They are fitted with gully sucking and high pressure jetting equipment to remove or clear minor blockages and obstruction within road drains.
