As a Lead Practitioner, you will take responsibility for key children and young people, lead practice within the service and support a consistent, relational approach to care. You must be registered with the SSSC, or be eligible and willing to register, and hold an HNC in Social Care and SVQ Level 3, in line with SSSC requirements. A full driving licence is essential. You will have strong communication, planning and recording skills, confidence leading practice and a commitment to relational, child-centred care.
