The ideal candidate will have: Demonstrable experience of dealing with disputes for Insolvency Practitioners and a good understanding of the different types of insolvency processes. Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills. Strong technical, drafting and negotiation skills. Ability to communicate with all stakeholders. Proactive attitude, team focused with an ability to work independently.
