It's an exciting time for an experienced Engineering and Facilities Manager to join Autosmart. As demand for our exceptional vehicle cleaning products continues to grow, so does our leadership team. We're investing £25 million in our production capability with the development of a newly acquired 5-acre manufacturing site in Burntwood. With state-of-the-art machinery to increase automation in the manufacturing process, and the implementation of a new ERP (IFS), were on an upward trajectory. In this autonomous, strategic role, you will lead the engineering, maintenance, and facilities functions, ensuring the smooth running of the plant, machinery, and asset maintenance. An inspirational and motivational leader with experience in guiding teams through change, your unique skillset will drive continued success and play a pivotal role in the training and development of our team now and in the future.
