Shift Supervisor - Supply Chain As our new Supervisor of the supply chain, you will be required to ensure accurate and efficient performance throughout the team, with compliance to both Food Safety and Health Safety. You will look to identify areas to improve and to drive changes. You will ensure team balance and be able to mentor and coach individuals and resolve minor behavioural challenges. Warehouse Operator with Forklift license Ware, Hertfordshire Contract - ASAP - (extendable pending performance review) Shift work - 6:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00 A pharmaceutical manufacturer is looking for a Warehouse Operator to ensure goods are available for Supply and/or Sampling. As the Warehouse Operator you will be part of a highly skilled and dynamic team of Operators based in Hatfield who strive for continuous improvement within a process environment. Skills required for the Warehouse Operator: * Must have pharmaceutical experience * Forklift license * GMP experience * Experience with SOP * Material unloading from vehicles (via forklift) * Entering deliveries into the SAP IT system * Labelling, identification sampling * Warehouse racking * Good communication * Supply materials to and from the production centres in support of the production of finished packs. * Dispatch materials from the site for onward supply to customers via logistics service providers Description: 1: To receive materials into the Hatfield site to ensure goods are available for Supply and/or Sampling. This includes material unloading from vehicles (via forklift), the checking of product quality, integrity and delivery documentation, entering deliveries into the SAP IT system, labelling, identification sampling, designation of delivery location into SAP, physical delivery to predetermined location. 2: Sampling. To perform physical sampling of starting and intermediate materials for onward supply to laboratories for quality control testing. Sampling equipment and facility cleaning, completion of production equipment logs and sampling documentation. 3: Supply: To supply materials to and from the Hatfield production centres in support of the production of finished packs. This includes picking a variety of materials to order from allocated locations via high backed fork lift truck. Collates materials are prepared for internal orders, completion of SAP IT transactions, physical transfer of goods to production areas via fork lift. 4: Outbound. To dispatch materials from the Hatfield site for onward supply to customers via logistics service providers. This includes picking finished packs from allocated locations to customer order, checking products, assembling, packing and labelling orders to customer and market requirements (e.g. temperature requirements, dangerous goods regulations), material loading on temp controlled vehicles.
